I’m not going to beat around the bush with this review: I loved this book.
I found it absolutely fascinating as you weave through the journey with Jane: from her seemingly perfect life through the heartbreak of knowing that it is slowly being taken from her.
I am completely torn with whether I agree with the “reasonable lies” (although it seemed fairly successful for her mostly) as I think it would depend on who I was in the scenario – If I was Jane then I completely agree but anyone else I think I would be more angry than those were around her.
What would you do?
I saw some of the twists in the book coming but liked how it linked into the after story.
I also have no idea how it’s possible to get so moved by what you know is coming.
The way the author wrote the inevitable part for Jane was very well done and thoughtful.
Overall I give it ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and think if you haven’t read it, you should!
