“I was very kindly gifted a copy of this book in exchange for participating in tarosewood ‘s book tour and posting an honest review.

Last summer I read Traci’s debut novel, Reasonable Lies, and I cannot recommend it enough – it was so well written and full of emotion; I cried more throughout that book than any other book I’ve read.

When I saw Traci was looking for people to participate in her book tour for her newest release, Secrets & Lies, I jumped at the chance to sign up!

Secrets & Lies picks up where Reasonable Lies ends, as we follow Sarah in the months and years following the loss of her best friend, navigating a rollercoaster of emotions and hurdles to her new, happy life.

I do think it was a little slow to start, was slightly underdeveloped in places, with a lot of repetition throughout.

However, I think Traci has tackled, yet another, difficult and sensitive subject well, giving us characters we can relate to and who we want the best for.

This is a story that reminds us life is short, so we shouldn’t waste it.

Seize the day, and live your life to the fullest.”
