Breast Cancer Awareness month is here again and it’s so important.

Check, check, check!

Anything that feels or looks different to normal, get it checked out.

Breast cancer can grab hold fast and it doesn’t care who you are, how rich you are, where you’re from, or what you’ve got to do – it doesn’t care.

So, this month, make a pact with yourself to do one thing.

Check yourself every week, men and women.

My first ever novel, Reasonable Lies highlights breast cancer and how one woman struggles to come to terms with the fact that she left it too late.

Now she has to face it alone until such times as her family discovers the heartbreaking truth that they could now lose her at any moment.
